Payment Terms

Pricing and Fees

Additional Costs: Any unforeseen costs due to special requests or changes in service scope will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule services with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee.

Termination Policy

By Client: You may terminate the agreement with written notice as per the cancellation terms.
By Gardeners Whitechapel: We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated, with notice provided.

Liability and Responsibility

Gardeners Whitechapel strives to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services beyond our control, including natural disasters or unforeseen plant health issues.

Insurance

Coverage: We carry professional liability insurance to cover potential damages during service provision.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for securing any additional insurance for valuable or fragile items within the service area.

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and documents produced by Gardeners Whitechapel are the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

Use of Materials

Ownership: Clients retain ownership of their garden spaces, but specific design materials remain property of Gardeners Whitechapel.
Permission: Written consent is required for any reuse or reproduction of proprietary materials.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected is used solely for service provision and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
